We invite scholars working on issues within the broadly understood field of studies on Turkey and the Turkic world: linguists, teachers of Turkic languages, literary scholars, historians and art historians, cultural studies researchers and cultural anthropologists, scholars of religion, political scientists, economists, and researchers of other specializations.
The aim of the conference is to present current Turkological research conducted in Poland and to facilitate the exchange of experiences among researchers studying the culture of Turkic peoples. We also plan to publish post‑conference proceedings in electronic form. This year’s conference is dedicated to the centenary of the First Turkological Congress in Baku (1926), a landmark event of great significance for the intellectual and cultural development of Turkic peoples.
