Pilotażowa tura rejestracji żetonowych w USOSweb
W związku z przeniesieniem rejestracji żetonowych z systemu USOS UL
do serwisu USOSweb uruchomiona zostanie pilotażowa tura rejestracji w USOSweb.
Od 31 marca 2025 r. od godz. 21:00 do 6 kwietnia 2025 r. do godz. 23:59
w serwisie USOSweb będzie dostępna rejestracja na wybrane przedmioty ogólnouniwersyteckie całoroczne i na semestr zimowy roku akademickiego 2025/2026.
W ramach przedmiotów udostępnionych w turze pilotażowej szczególnie polecam Państwu rejestrację na Juwenalia, w której można zdobyć darmowe bilety na tegoroczny festiwal Juwenalia Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Taka możliwość będzie tylko w turze pilotażowej. Przedmiot nie ma przypisanych punktów ECTS, nie rozlicza wymagań programowych.
Przed rozpoczęciem rejestracji warto się zapoznać z Instrukcją obsługi bezpośrednich rejestracji żetonowych w systemie USOSweb na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim lub jej skróconą wersją.Obydwie instrukcjeudostępniono w USOSweb. Dostępne są także w angielskiej wersji językowej. Gorąco zachęcam do aktywnego udziału w rejestracji pilotażowej po zapoznaniu się z zasadami opisanymi w Instrukcji.
Uwagi i problemy techniczne będzie można zgłaszać podczas tury pilotażowej na adres: zetonowe-pomoc@uw.edu.pl.
Po zakończeniu tury pilotażowej osoby, którym udało się zarejestrować, otrzymają dodatkowe żetony w liczbie wykorzystanych podczas tej rejestracji. Tura pilotażowa nie jest turą testową. Zapisy podczas tury pilotażowej odbywają się na takich samych zasadach i mają takie same skutki jak rejestracja w turach przeprowadzanych zgodnie z harmonogramem.

Transfer of token registrations to the USOSweb system and deactivation of the USOS UL system!
From 22 April 2025 all token registrations will be available only in the USOSweb system. The USOS UL system at https://rejestracja.usos.uw.edu.pl/ has already been deactivated.

Pilot round of token registrations in the USOSweb system
Due to the transfer of token registrations from the USOS UL system
to the USOSweb system, a pilot round of token registrations will be launched.
From 31 March 2025 at 21:00 until 6 April 2025 at 23:59, the USOSweb system will provide access to registrations for selected general university courses offered year-round and for those held in the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
As part of the courses made available in the pilot round, I particularly recommend that you register for the Juwenalia festival in which you can win free tickets to this year’s University of Warsaw Juwenalia festival. This will only be possible in the pilot round. The Juwenalia festival has no ECTS credits assigned. Therefore, it is not included in the required workload to complete a programme of studies.
Before starting registration, it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the User Manual for Direct Token Registrations in the USOSweb system at the University of Warsaw or its abbreviated version.Both manuals were also made available in English.
I strongly encourage you to actively participate in the pilot registration after reading the rules described in the User Manual.

After closing the pilot round, successful registrants will receive additional tokens in the number used during the pilot round. The pilot round IS NOT a test round. The pilot registration round shall follow the same rules and have the same effects as regular registration rounds planned according to the calendar.
