Wnioskowanie o stypendium rektora zostało uruchomione 16 września 2024 roku. Wnioski składa się w pełni elektronicznie tj. wniosek wypełnia się oraz podpisuje elektronicznie za pomocą serwisu USOSweb. Nie ma konieczności przynoszenia podpisanego wniosku do dziekanatu/sekretariatu. W szczególnie uzasadnionych wypadkach (np. w sytuacji błędów technicznych uniemożliwiających złożenie wniosku w formie dokumentu elektronicznego w USOSweb), można złożyć wniosek w formie papierowej w Biurze ds. Pomocy Materialnej.

Termin na złożenie wniosku upływa 15 października 2024 roku.

The application for the Rector’s scholarship in the academic year 2024/2025 students submit in the form of an electronic document through USOSweb – the application submitted in this form is authenticated in a way that ensures the ability to confirm the origin and integrity of the data in electronic form. In particularly justified cases – for example, in the situation of technical errors that make it impossible to submit the application in the form of an electronic document in USOSweb – the application with documented achievements may be submitted in paper form. If a paper application is necessary, the documents must be submitted to the Student Welfare and Support Office.
Students’ submission of applications for the rector’s scholarship in the form of an electronic document via USOSweb, as well as in paper form, is possible from 16 September to 15 October 2024.
